How much does shipping cost?
We ship worldwide with Latvijas Pasts. Shipping costs per item are usually 2.50 euro, depending on the value of the raw materials used. This includes all packaging.
Higher value orders will incur a shipping charge of up to 5.00 euro, but we will always use the cheaper option when possible.
How long will I have to wait for my order?
Your order will usually arrive with a week if you are in the EU, and within 2 weeks for the rest of the world.
At busy times (especially Christmas) we do encourage our clients to place their orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Do you accept custom-made commissions?
Absolutely! All of our jewelry is handmade by ourselves, and we often undertake private commissions, including wedding rings, statement rings, cufflinks, necklaces and bracelets.

Do you undertake repairs and alterations?
Yes, definitely! Our workshop is open Monday to Friday, and we will happily undertake any jewelry repairs or alterations you may require. We will also clean your jewelry for you if needed.
If you cannot visit us in person, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your requirements before sending any items to us for repair or alteration.
How do I know my ring size?
When ordering a ring from us, we kindly ask you to use the size chart below, and give us your size in US or UK sizes, or simply in mm.
Can I return an item?
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 28 days of receiving the item. Please use a registered delivery service to do so, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit, and include details of your name, address and order number. Items returned to us within 28 days will be fully refunded, excepting postage costs.
Please note: For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund earrings, unless faulty.
Can I have an item sent to another address?
Yes, we are happy to do so. Please inform us by email at email@example.com of the recipient’s name and delivery address.
Do you offer a gift service?
We are working on it! We hope in the near future to be able to provide an option for a personalised message and card to be included with your gift for a small additional cost. Watch this space!
